Abu Dhabi / Muscat, May 4 (SANA) Iranian attacks struck two Gulf states on Monday, wounding at least five people and causing structural damage.
In the UAE, a drone hit the Fujairah petroleum industrial zone, injuring three Indian nationals in moderate condition and triggering a fire that civil defense teams moved to contain, according to the Fujairah Government Media Office.
In Oman, a separate Iranian strike targeted the town of Bukha in the Musandam Governorate in the country’s northwest, wounding two foreign employees of a company in the Tibāt area in stable condition, damaging four vehicles, and causing structural damage to nearby homes.
An Omani security source, quoted by the Omani News Agency, said authorities were investigating the incident and had taken all necessary measures to protect the safety and security of citizens.
Earlier on Monday, UAE defense authorities had announced the detection of four cruise missiles launched from Iran toward various parts of the country, with air defense systems intercepting three of them over territorial waters while the fourth fell into the sea.
