Al-Ali said the visit aims to deepen economic cooperation and open new channels for trade and investment between the two countries.
The 25-member delegation will hold direct meetings with Uzbek companies and visit specialized exhibitions covering food industries, construction materials, electrical engineering and furniture, he added.
The program also includes field visits to the city of Bukhara, where the delegation will tour production facilities, agricultural complexes and textile factories.
Al-Ali noted that the visit will help assess opportunities for joint ventures and expand bilateral trade and investment.
The delegation will participate in the Uzbek-Syrian Business Forum in Tashkent, which includes working sessions and bilateral meetings with representatives of the public and private sectors to explore new partnership opportunities.
This visit comes as part of broader efforts to strengthen Syria’s economic ties with friendly countries and create wider opportunities for Syrian products and investments in international markets.
