Damascus, March 7 (SANA) The Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Syria distributed 500 iftar meals in the town of al-Atiba in the Damascus countryside as part of a humanitarian initiative during the holy month of Ramadan.
The distribution, supported by the Azerbaijan International Development Agency (AIDA), was supervised by the embassy’s Chargé d’Affaires, Elnur Shahhuseynov, and aimed to assist local residents during the month of fasting.
The initiative is part of Azerbaijan’s ongoing humanitarian and development programs carried out through AIDA in multiple countries, reflecting the country’s commitment to providing support during Ramadan and other times of need.
