Aleppo, SANA- More than 500 of wounded people and patients from Kefraya and al-Fouaa towns in the northern countryside of Idleb have arrived a temporary housing center in Jebrin in Aleppo countryside.
SANA’s correspondent in Aleppo said that 7 buses arrived in two batches, carrying a total of 511 wounded people, patients, women, and children to al-Ramousa corridor and from it to the temporary housing center in Jebrin, where Aleppo Governorate had set up housings equipped with all necessities and medical requirements.
Three buses transporting 250 wounded people and patients from Kefraya and al-Fouaa arrived in al-Ramousa area south of Aleppo in the afternoon, and earlier in the day four buses 261 of wounded people and patients from the towns had arrived there.
Three more buses are set to arrive from the towns later, and the passengers will also be transported to the center in Jebrin.
The arrival of the buses was delayed for more than 10 hours due to attacks by terrorists on Sunday which targeted a number of buses in the surroundings of Kefraya and al-Fouaa, attacks which resulted in the burning of some buses and the death of one bus driver who was shot by the terrorists.
Meanwhile, 51 buses carrying 4,370 terrorists and their family members exited the neighborhoods of al-Zebdiyeh, Salah Eddin, al-Mashhad, and al-Ansari in the eastern part of Aleppo city heading to the southwestern countryside, which is part of the the agreement of evacuating the humanitarian cases and a number of families from the terrorists-besieged towns in Idleb northern countryside and transporting the terrorists and their families from the eastern neighborhoods of Aleppo City under the supervision of the Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC) and the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC).
The aforementioned agreement came back into effect after being suspended on Friday due to breaches by terrorists who opened fire on al-Ramousa corridor and Baqlo corridor in al-Sqailabiye area and who smuggled abductees and heavy weapons from Aleppo.
Dozens of civilians seek protection from army near al-Ramousa Bridge, refusing to leave with terrorists
A number of families that were leaving with the terrorists being removed from the eastern neighborhoods of Aleppo city and heading towards Aleppo’s southwestern countryside refused to go with the terrorists.
SANA’s correspondent in Aleppo said that dozens of civilians disembarked form the buses that were transporting the terrorists and their families as soon as they arrived to an area near where the Syrian Arab Army is deployed near al-Ramousa Bridge south of Aleppo city.
A number of those civilians said that they had tried throughout the past few weeks to exit the areas where terrorists were present in Aleppo’s eastern neighborhoods via the safe corridors designated by the Syrian government, but the terrorists opened fire on anyone who approached those corridors.
The civilians said that the terrorists were keeping them trapped in their houses and preventing them from leaving, and that they also stole their possessions and deprived them of food, adding that they were waiting for a chance to escape the clutches of the terrorists and seek protection from the Syrian Arab Army, and finally they managed to do that today.
The correspondent said that army personnel secured the civilians and transported them to Aleppo city in preparation for transporting them to one of the temporary housing centers prepared by Aleppo Governorate to receive the people of the eastern neighborhoods.
