Damascus, SANA – The temperatures will continue to rise to become by 2 to 4 degrees above average as the country is affected by a high air pressure accompanied by air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Friday bulletin that the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general.
The wind will be southwesterly of a light to moderate speed and the sea waves will be low in amplitude.
The expected temperatures in the major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 17/5, Daraa 18/5, Homs 17/4, Hama 18/4, Hasaka 17/5, Lattakia 19/10, Aleppo 15/4 and Deir Ezzor 17/6.
