Damascus, SANA – Temperatures will rise to become 3 to 5 degrees above average as the country is under the influence of a high air pressure accompanied with western air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Wednesday bulletin that the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general.
The winds will be southeasterly and of low speed and the sea weaves will be of low amplitude.
The expected temperatures in some of the main Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 17/05, Daraa 17/06, Homs14/05, Hama 15/ 06, Hasaka 15/05, Lattakia 18/11, Tartous 20/12, Aleppo 13/04 and Deir Ezzor 16/06.
