Ten civilians killed in terrorist rocket attacks on Aleppo, Hama

Aleppo, SANA- Nine civilians, one of them a child, were killed and 35 others were injured on Monday in terrorist attacks with rocket shells on residential neighborhoods in Aleppo city.

A source in Aleppo Police Command said in a statement to SANA that terrorists holed up in Bani Zaid neighborhood targeted civilians in al-Ashrafieh, al-Sheikh Maqsoud Gharbi, and al-Sabeel with a number of rocket shells, killing nine civilians, one of them a child, and injuring 35 others.

The terrorist attacks also caused material damage to civilians’ houses and properties.

A source at Aleppo Health Directorate said that the injured civilians were taken to al-Razi and al-Jamia’a hospitals for treatment, noting that some of them are severely wounded, expecting that the number of casualties may grow.

Hama

Meanwhile, a citizen was killed in a terrorist attack in Tal al-Dura village in Salamya countryside of Hama.

A police source told SANA that terrorists fired three mortar shells on the village, killing the citizen.
