Damascus, SANA- The temperatures will slightly rise to become from 4 to 7 degrees above average as the country is being affected by a superficial low air pressure accompanied by a subtropical high pressure in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Thursday bulletin that the weather will be misty and hot and the skies will be clear in most areas with some scattered clouds.
The wind will be northwesterly with a light speed and the sea waves will be low in height.
On Friday and Saturday, the temperatures will remain from 4 to 7 degrees higher than average and the weather will be clear in general while it will be misty in the eastern and al-Badiya “desert” areas.
The expected temperatures in the major Syria cities will be as follows: Damascus 39/24, Aleppo 39/24, Lattakia 33/24, Homs 39/23 and Hama 41/26.
