Damascus, SANA- The temperatures will continue to drop to become slightly below average as the country is still being affected by a superficial Indian seasonal low pressure accompanied by wet western air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Tuesday bulletin that the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general and local rain showers are expected in the northwestern and the coastal areas while the weather will be misty in the eastern, al-Jazeera and al-Badiya “desert” areas.
The wind will be westerly to northwesterly moderate and the sea waves will be medium in height.
Tomorrow, the temperatures will slightly rise to become around average and the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general.
The expected temperatures in the major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 34/19, Aleppo 34/22, Lattakia 30/25, Hama 33/23 and Homs 31/20.
