Damascus, SANA- The Central Bank of Syria (CBS) on Thursday set the exchange rate of the USD at SYP 285.42 for banks and 286.42 for currency exchange companies.
The USD exchange rate for transfers was set at SYP 285.
The CBS also set the exchange rate of the EUR against the SYP at 316.10 for banks and 317.22 for currency exchange companies, while it was set at SYP 317.48 for transfers.
On Wednesday, the USD exchange rate was SYP 284.39 for banks and 284.41 for currency exchange companies.
