Damascus, SANA- The temperatures is gradually rising to remain around average or slightly higher in most areas as the country being affected by an Indian seasonal low air pressure accompanied by a weak low air pressure in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Friday bulletin that the skies will be clear in general and the weather will be summery with some scattered clouds while it will be hot and misty in the eastern and al-Badiya “desert” areas.
Expected Temperatures in major cities are as follow: Damascus 37/21, Aleppo 36/22, Homs 33/20, Lattakia 31/24, Hama 36/21, Sweida 34/20, and Hasaka 43/28.
The wind will be westerly to southwesterly of low to moderate speed and the sea waves will be low in height.
Tomorrow, the temperatures will continue to rise to become 2 to 3 degrees higher than average in most areas as the weather will be relatively hot and skies will be clear in general with some scattered clouds, while a misty weather is expected in the eastern, al-Jazeera and al-Badiya areas.
