Sweida, SANA – Popular defense groups seized on Sunday RPG launchers and different sorts of weapons that belong to terrorist organizations in the countryside of Sweida southern province.
A source at Swieda province told SANA that popular defense groups ambushed an armed terrorist group in Kou’ al-Hadar area between the villages of Radime al-Liwa and Lahitha in the northern countryside of the province.
The source pointed out that a terrorist was killed and many were injured, while the others fled away towards al-Lajat area, stressing that the defense groups confiscated RPG launchers and different sorts of light weapons.
