Damascus, SANA – Ministry of Education announced on Thursday the results of Basic Education and Sharia Elementary certificates for the 2015 academic year.
Education Minister Hazwan al-Waz said that 252,559 students took the exams of the Basic Education, pointing out that 179,686 succeeded with a percentage of 71.15.
He added that 1897 students took the exams of Sharia Elementary certificate, 1605 of whom succeeded with a percentage of 84.61.
