Damascus, SANA-Interior Ministry said on Tuesday that the Narcotics’ Combating Department had confiscated a truck loaded with a ton of Hashish in Damascus.
The quantity of Hashish was prepared to be smuggled to an Arab country. Driver of the truck was arrested.
On May 7th, the Ministry’s Drug Combating Department arrested a woman for smuggling drugs in Damascus.
The authorities seized 1700 grams of hashish and an amount of heroin packed in canned food.
