Eight civilians injured in terrorist attacks with mortar shells in Damascus

Damascus, SANA- Eight civilians were injured Monday in a terrorist attack with mortar shells that landed in al-Zablatani area in Damascus.

A source at Damascus Police Command told SANA that terrorists fired two mortar shells on the area surrounding al-Hal market in al-Zablatani area as 8 civilians sustained wounds of varying severity and they were immediately hospitalised.

Al-Zablatani area is located next to Joubar neighborhood and Eastern Ghota in Damascus Countryside where Takfiri terrorist organizations spread and attack the neighboring secure areas with mortar and rocket shells.

Earlier on May 8th, a father and his son were killed and others were injured when terrorists fired mortar shell at Harasta suburb in Damascus Countryside.
