President al-Sharaa receives cable of congratulation from President Abbas on assuming Syria’s presidency

Damascus, SANA- President of the Syrian Arab Republic, Ahmad al-Sharaa, received on Friday a cable of congratulation from President of Palestine Mahmoud Abbas.

President Abbas congratulated President al-Sharaa on assuming the presidency of the Syrian Arab Republic, stressing need to enhance historical and brotherly ties between the two countries.
