Third Syrian Book Fair 2024 opened at al-Assad Library

Damascus, SANA-The third Syrian Book Fair for 2024 was opened on Tuesday, entitled “We Read to Rise,” with the participation of 40 public and private publishing houses that presented nearly 10,000 new titles in various cultural, political, economic, intellectual, and literary fields for different age groups, at the Al-Assad National Library in Damascus.

The exhibition, which continues October 19^th, is accompanied by a diverse cultural program, including cinematic shows and concerts celebrating the ancient Syrian heritage, and literary and intellectual seminars with the participation of a group of Syrian intellectuals and creators, and accompanied by a number of book signing parties for a number of public and private publishing houses.
