Damascus, SANA-Non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in Damascus and its countryside are working to receive arrivals from Lebanon due to the ongoing Israeli aggression and secure their necessary needs.
A number of charitable organizations and associations in Damascus and its countryside announced their full readiness to receive Lebanese arrivals to Syria as a result of the brutal aggression, and to secure all their health and service requirements, including treatment, analyses, imaging, medications, and psychological support, Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor said on its Facebook page.
The Ministry added that a number of associations and clinics have also begun to receive the patients from the arrivals and provide examination, treatment and necessary medications free of charge.
“This is in response to the repercussions of Israel’s aggression against Lebanon and the worsening humanitarian situation resulting from it”, the Ministry noted.
