Hama, SANA Salamiyeh Basketball women team was qualified for the finals of the Women Basketball League Tournament after the two phases of the tournament were wrapped up in Tartous.
Salamiyeh team ranked second with 14 points beating Tishreen 60/24 – 59/52 and beating Qatineh 64/45- 54/39, while the team lost 66/41 and 53/38 during its game with al-Sahel.
Meanwhile, matches of the League Tournament for women kicked off in Tartous with the participation of al-Sahel, Tashrin and Qatineh teams.
Member of the Board of directors of Salamiyeh Club Ammar Salhab hailed the good level of the team in all its matches.
Salhab affirmed that the team, which includes 12 players, will join a training camp at Salamiyeh.
