Syria, UAE discuss bolstering cooperation in industrial projects and investment

Damascus-SANA- Prospects to enhance cooperation between Syria and the UAE in the industrial field, in line with the depth of historical ties binding the two peoples, were the focus of the meeting that brought together Minister of Industry, Abdul Qadir Joukhadar, and the Ambassador of the UAE in Damascus, Hassan al-Shehhi.

“We are looking forward to more joint cooperation in the economic and industrial sector along with increasing investment opportunities in industrial projects, minister Joukhadar stressed.

Ambassador al- Shehhi stressed his country’s keenness on Arab national security and ensuring strong relations among Arab countries in all domains, attaching great importance to continuing bilateral meetings to make meaningful progress in areas of the economic sector.

Minister Joukhadar, during the meeting, was handed over an invitation from the Emirati side to attend the 13th edition of AIM Congress 2024, which will be held next month in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
