People’s Assembly approves State’s General Budget of 2024 with 35500 billion SYP

Damascus, SANA-People’s Assembly on Tuesday approved a draft law on the State’s general budget of 2024 with a total amount of / 35500/ billion SYP.

According to the draft law, the approbations of the budget is estimated at / 35500 / billion SYP, distributed to / 26500 / SYP for the expenditures, 9000 billion for investment while the economic shortage reached at 9404 billion SYP.

The budget law was adopted during a session chaired by Speaker Hammouda Sabbagh.
