Transport Ministry: Israeli aggression puts Damascus and Aleppo airports out of service

Damascus, SANA- Following the blatant Israeli aggression on Sunday morning that targeted Damascus and Aleppo international airports putting them out of service, all scheduled flights at Damascus and Aleppo airports (arrival and departure) will be transferred to Lattakia International Airpor, Transport Ministry announced.

In a statement on its Telegram channel, the Ministry called on travelers to arrange their travel matters with the airlines, as updates on flights, including changes in timetables, destinations, and cancellations, will be successively published.

The Ministry  mourned the civil worker Ammar Abu Issa from the Meteorology Department at Damascus International Airport who was martyred in this blatant aggression, offering condolences to his family and wishing a speedy recovery to the injured person .
