Nablus, SANA – Israeli forces today attacked an anti-settlement rally in the village of Beit Dajan, east of the northern West Bank city of Nablus, according to WAFA news agency.
Forces attacked protesters with stun grenades and tear gas canisters. No injuries were reported.
Heeding calls by the people’s committee for the defense of land in Beit Dejan, the Commission against the Wall and settlement, and the Factional Coordination Committee in Nablus, Participants rallied in defense of land threatened with confiscation by the Israeli authorities in the said town.
Earlier, Dozens of Palestinians were suffocated after inhaling tear gas fired by Israeli forces attacking and suppressing the weekly anti-settlement march in Kafr Qaddoum village to the east of Qalqilia.
