Russian medical aid convoy arrives at National Hospital in Jableh

Lattakia,SANa-A Russian aid convoy arrived on friday at the Martyr Ibrahim Naama National Hospital in Jableh, includes various medical equipment and medicines to provide relief to the injured by the earthquake.

The Deputy Director of Medical Services at the Russian Hmeimim Air Base, Lieutenant Colonel Andrei Niko Laevich, said in a statement to SANA that the Russian aid is continuing for the earthquake-affected people, pointing to provide of other batches in the coming days to Hama Governorate.

Dr. Ammar Youssef ,the Rehabilitation and Training Officer at the Health Directorate in Lattakia, , stated that the aid also includes medical equipment and medicines, including sterilizers, antiseptics, antibiotics, anti-inflammatory drugs and cardiopulmonary resuscitation, pointing to the arrival of a previous convoy to the Martyr Hamza Nofal National Hospital in Lattakia.
