Provinces, SANA -The army continued on Wednesday operations against terrorist organizations, crushing their positions, repelling their attacks and ambushing their members in various provinces.
Daraa
A Military source told SANA that the army killed a number of terrorists and injured many others to the East of al-Nayma Center in Daraa countryside.
Units of Army and Armed Forces also carried out intensive strikes against terrorist organizations’ gatherings and dens in many areas across Daraa countryside, eliminating many of their members, injuring others and destroying their vehicles and weapons.
Army operations resulted in the death of many terrorists in Salmin, Zimren, al-Mal and tal Antar in Daraa northwestern countryside.
Other Army units destroyed a den belonging to terrorist organizations and some of their vehicles with terrorists isnide in al-Sheikh Myskeen.
In the eastern part of Daraa, a number of terrorists were killed and many others were injured in al-Jiza to the north of al-Mata’ya village.
Army unit foiled a terrorist group’s infiltration attempt to a military check-point in al-Hrak town, killing and injuring all its members.
Many terrorist were killed, others were injured and their weaponry were destroyed in Ma’raba village.
A number of terrorists were killed and others were injured in al-Ghizlan Farms towards Ataman north of Daraa city, a military source said, pointing out that heavy losses were inflicted upon terrorists in Jadal in al-Lujat area southeast of Daraa.
In Daraa al-Balad, Army units targeted terrorists during their attempt to infiltrate to military check-points in the areas surrounding Syriatel Building, Bilal al-Habashi mousque, al-Masri rotary in al-Manshia neighborhood, with their weapons and ammunition destroyed.
In al-Bajaja and kafar Nasej, many terrorists were killed and others were injured in addition to destroying a vehicles’ convoy with terrorists inside in the area near Eib Castle in al-Lujat area.
Terrorist organizations admitted on social media pages the death of many of their members during army operations. Bilal Sharif al-Balkhi and Munaf Abad al-Aziz al-Balkhi were identified among those killed in Daraa countryside.
Damascus Countryside
A military source told SANA that the army eliminated a number of Jabhet al-Nusra terrorists during their attempt to advance towards al-Salam highway in Khan al-Sheeh.
Two vehicles equipped with heavy machineguns were also destroyed.
The source said the army killed a number of terrorists in the farms of al-Khazrajyeh in Sa’sa’ area.
It added the army also killed a number of terrorists in the surroundings of Sabsaba village in Damascus countryside.
Aleppo:
A Military source told SANA that the army destroyed dens and vehicles for terrorists in al-Malah farms, Salah al-Din, Ma’arat al-Artiq and old Aleppo, al-Breij and the surrounding of citadel in Aleppo and its countryside, killing a number of terrorists.
Homs
Units of the army and armed forces thwarted an attack launched by terrorists from the direction of the old Waer neighborhood in Homs city towards al-Muhandisin roundabout.
Other army units killed terrorists from the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS) in Rahoum village in the eastern countryside of the central province of Homs.
Army units also eliminated many terrorists and injured others in Rajm al-Qassir and al-Soma’a in the eastern countryside of Homs.
Idleb
A military source told SANA that units of Army and Armed Forces eliminated members of a terrorist group in the area surrounding Kafria village in Idleb countryside.
Mohamed al-Khatib, Mahmud Khazram and Ahmad al-Shati were identified among the dead terrorists.
It added the army, in cooperation with popular defense groups, foiled an infiltration attempt by terrorists into al-Foua’a and Kafrya villages in Idleb countryside, killing scores of terrorists.
Jneid Hussein Badri, leader of a terrorist group, Mohammad Za’arour and Ramez Suleiman were identified among the dead terrorists.
Army units destroyed an armored vehicle and killed scores of terrorists in an ambush in the surrounding area of Brouma farms in the countryside of the northern province of Idleb.
Army units destroyed terrorists’ hideouts in Ma’aret Misrin, Filon, Tal Salmo, Abu al-Dohor, and north of Bannesh in Idleb countryside, killing and injuring many terrorists.
Quneitra
A military source told SANA that the Army killed a number of terrorists in al-Samadaniya al-Gharbiya in Qunaitera countryside.
Army units killed a number of “Jabhat al-Nusra” terrorists in al-Hamidiyeh and Um Batina in the countryside of the southern province of Quneitra, a military source told SANA.
An army unit destroyed dens andammo caches in Masara village, located between the two provinces of Quneitra and Daraa.
Another army unit killed and injured many terrorists in the village of al-Hamidiya to the west of the province.
Deir Ezzor
A military source said army units stormed into ISIS hideouts in the areas of al-Jbeila and al-Sina’a in Deir Ezzor city and established full control over important sections of these areas after eliminating a number of terrorists.
Another army unit, in cooperation with local defense groups, targeted ISIS concentration in Hwijet al-Miray’ia in Deir Ezzor, killing over 60 terrorists, majority of them from non-Syrian nationalities
