Gold prices in the local market raises SYP 4 thousand

Damascus, SANA- Gold prices in the local market have increased by SYP 4 thousand per gram of 21 karats, compared to the price recorded last Thursday, due to the significant increase in the global price of an ounce, reaching $1928.

According to the bulletin issued by the Craftsman Association for Jewelry in Damascus “the selling price per each gram of gold caliber 21 registered SYP 348 thousand and purchase price SYP 347500, while the selling price of each gram of gold caliber 18 registered SYP 298286 and purchase price SYP 297786”.
