Health Ministry: 1,609 confirmed infections, 49 fatalities due to Cholera in Syria

Damascus, SANA- Health Ministry announced that the total number of confirmed cholera cases raised to 1,609, distributed to 987 in Aleppo , Deir Ezzor 233, Hasaka 90, Lattakia 97, Raqqa 54, Hama 38, Sweida 26, Homs 28, Damascus 20, Damascus Countryside 17, Tartous 10, Daraa 5, and Quneitra 4.

The total number of fatalities caused by cholera disease reached 49, distributed in Aleppo 40, Hasaka 4, Deir Ezzor 2, Homs 1, Hama 1, and Damascus 1.
