Damascus, SANA-Provinces, SANA-The army is on a winning streak in the battle against terrorist organizations across the country, reclaiming control of an area in Homs countryside, killing terrorists and destroying their hideouts elsewhere during accurate operations.
Damascus countryside
The Syrian Arab Army achieved a remarkable advancement while hunting the takfiri terrorist organizations in Eastern al-Ghouta in Damascus countryside.
A military source told SANA that the army established control on wide areas in Aliya farms to the north of Douma in Damascus countryside.
The source added that the terrorists have suffered big losses in the equipment while scores of them were killed or wounded, others have fled into Douma.
It affirmed that a tunnel for terrorists was discovered and tens of explosives were also dismantled.
Meanwhile, the takfiri terrorist organizations have admitted to the killing of 23 terrorists, among them Mahmoud al-Mihbani, Mohammad Rislan and Abdullah Hijazi.
A military source said that units of the army and armed forces eliminated a number of terrorists by targeting their hideouts in Jaroud al-Qalamoun in Damascus countryside.
Homs
Units of Army and Armed Forces achieve new progress in Homs countryside, establishing full control over Ras al- Makta’ area south of Um al-Sirej al-Shamali village in Homs countryside and inflicting heavy losses on terrorist organizations elsewhere in the eastern countryside of Homs.
A military source said that unit of Army and Armed forces established full control over Ras al-Makt’a area south of Um al-Sirej al-Shamali village in al-Mkharam area, inflicting heavy losses upon terrorists.
In Jub al-Jarrah area in the province’s eastern countryside, terrorists were killed and others wounded in Masaada, al-Doiba, Um al-Twini, al-Sultania and Rajam al-Qassir.
The source added that units of Army carried out operations against Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS) gatherings south of Rahoum village.
Many of ISIS terrorists were killed and some of their vehicles and fortifications razed during the army’s military operation.
Idleb
Units of the army and armed forces killed on Monday a number of terrorists in Taftanaz, al-Taibat, Ain al-Barde, Hemeimat al-Dayer and the surrounding of al-Shegher in the countryside of Idleb province, a military source told SANA.
The source added that the movements of the Takfiri organizations through the supply lines that expand to Turkey were hit with air and artillery strikes, leaving numerous of terrorists killed or wounded in Taftanaz.
In Abu al-Dohour to the east of Idleb, army units continued operations, targeting a terrorists’ gathering in Hmeimat al-Daer, where many terrorists were killed or injured according to the source.
Army units directed intensive strikes on the gathering of terrorists in the surrounding areas of al-Bara and Kansafra villages, leaving many terrorists dead and others wounded.
Terrorist groups confirmed the death of many terrorists in their social networking sites during military operations including the terrorist Mohammad Halbous a group leader at the so-called “Hazm Movement” in Sarmada town and terrorist Wael Shelli in the outskirts of al-Foua village.
Meanwhile, a military source told SANA that the army destroyed vehicles for terrorists and killed many of them in Abu al-Dhour, al-Zafra, Rabiya and al-Khabaya in Idleb countryside.
On Sunday, an army unit targeted with artillery a terrorists’ vehicle convoy on the road between Jabal al-Zawieh and Humaimat town in the countryside of the province where a number of vehicles were destroyed and the rest were damaged, with all the terrorists on board them left killed or wounded.
Raqqa:
A military source told SANA that the army destroyed two dens and many vehicles of terrorists and killed several of them from ISIS in Raqqa.
Daraa-Sweida
A unit of the Army and Armed Forces destroyed an armored vehicle with the terrorists inside it in al-Sheikh Myskeen town, according to a military source.
South of al-Sheikh Myskeen town, an Army unit destroyed a vehicle equipped with heavy machinegun on the road between Da’el and Khirbet Ghazala.
The source confirmed the death and injury of many terrorists in Harit al-Bajaja, the area surrounding the Post Building and the water tank well of Um al-Daraj and southeast of al-Bihar in Daraa al-Balad, adding that many other terrorists were killed in the area surrounding Ataman town.
Terrorist organizations acknowledged on their social media pages the death of large number of terrorists. Diaa al-Radi, Adnan al-Saadi, Gassan Hamod, Ayman al-Saad, Mazin Hussein and Ali al-Hussein were killed in the northern countryside while Mahmoud al-Ayoubi died of his wounds in the Jordanian hospitals.
In al-Lwjatt area, an army unit targeted terrorists’ gatherings in Um Tut near Jadal town, killing and injuring many of them.
Another Army and Armed Forces’ unit destroyed a vehicle with terrorists inside in Abu Harat gathering in al-Asfar town, northeast of Sweida.
ِA military source told SANA that the army destroyed a number of vehicles for terrorists, killed all onboard, to the south of Khabab in Daraa countryside.
Hama
Engineering units of the Army and Armed Forces dismantled on Monday three explosive devices on a main road in al-Ghab area in Hama countryside.
A source at Hama province said in a statement to SANA reporter that devices were planted on the road which connects Tal al-Tatan and the Agricultural Research center in al-Ghab.
The source added that explosive devices weighed about 30 kg each.
The military source said that units of the army and armed forces destroy several vehicles with all terrorists inside in Tabara al-Dibeh and Hamada Omar in Hama countryside.
Deir Ezzor
A military source told SANA that the army destroyed dens of ISIS terrorists and vehicles loaded with heavy machine guns and two armored cars, killed many of them in al-Khareta, Ain Bu Jomaa, Hwejat Sakre in Deir Ezzor countryside.
