China holds an event for several international media outlets to spread its culture

Beijing, SANA- As part of the Chinese government plan to spread the culture of China around the world, a cultural and tourism event was held under the title “Explore Shandong”.

The Chinese government invited a number of international media outlets, including the Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA) to participated in the event.

The opening ceremony held at the Jining City Museum in Shandong Province, in the presence of a number of officials from China and the media sector.

The 3-day event provided a new platform to enhance international communication, allowing the invited foreign media to get acquainted about the historical and cultural development of Jining city and convey the city’s image globally as the most important cultural center.
