Turkish occupation shelling attack pushes Tal Tamir power plant out of service

Hasaka, SANA- The Turkish occupation forces have targeted, with artillery shells, the villages of Hasaka western countryside, causing damages to electricity transmission networks and pushing Tal Tamir power plant out of service.

Director-General of Hasaka Electricity Company, Eng. Anwar Okleh said in a statement to SANA reporter that Tal Tamir power plant 20/66 KV, went out of service  due to the damage caused to the 66 KV voltage line feeding the plant, and that caused a blackout in the villages and residential areas in Hasaka western and northwestern countryside.

Okleh referred to the difficulties of repair operations in the area, particularly in Umm al-Keif village, north of Tal Tamir, which was targeted today, as the village is located  on the contact line with the areas of deployment of the Turkish occupation forces and their terrorist mercenaries.
