Donetsk, SANA-Chief of Russia’s National Defense Management Center, Mikhail Mezentsev has warned that the forces of Kyiv regime would release fabricated videos through Western media on alleged atrocities committed by the Russian army.
“Ukrainian forces opened fire on six civilian vehicles carrying white flags in Kharkov region, east of Ukraine”, RT channel quoted Mezentsev as saying.
Mezentsev also noted that specialists from the Ukrainian Information and Psychological Operations Center took photos and recorded a video of this crime to accuse Russian forces of it.
