Tehran, SANA- Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian stressed that President Bashar al-Assad’s visit to Tehran and his meeting with Supreme Leader of the Iranian Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei and Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi, opened a new horizon in the strategic relations between the two countries.
Abdollahian, in a post on Twitter, referred to determination to promote the relations between the two countries up to a level that deserves the two peoples in their interests.
He pointed out to the important role of cooperation between Iran and Syria to defeat the terrorist conspiracy imposed on Syria.
