Putin: Goals of the special military operation in Ukraine will be achieved

Moscow, SANA-Russian President Vladimir Putin has no doubt that the goals and tasks of the special military operation in Ukraine will be achieved.

“The goal of the special military operation in Ukraine is to help people in Donbass, and we had to do that because Kyiv authorities refused to implement Minsk agreements, Putin said during a visit to the Vostochny Cosmodrome site.

They rejected the agreements publicly, and it was simply impossible to continue to tolerate this genocide, Putin added.
