Moscow, SANA-The Russian Ministry of Defense announced the destruction of 33 military facilities and the downing of five drones and two helicopters of the Ukrainian forces.
Russia Today quoted Russian Defense Ministry spokesperson, Major-General Igor Konashenkov as saying “Another attempt by the Kyiv regime to evacuate the leaders of the Nazi Azov battalion from Mariupol was thwarted, and two Ukrainian Mi-8 helicopters that tried to penetrate the city from the sea were shot down.”
Konashenkov added that Moscow informed Kyiv several times to allow the Ukrainian army to voluntarily lay down its arms and leave Mariupol, but these proposals are constantly ignored by Kyiv.
