Moscow, SANA- Viktoria Serdyukova, Commissioner for Human Rights of the People’s Republic of Luhansk, has revealed that the extremist Ukrainian battalions have plundered humanitarian assistance that civilians receive in the territories of Donbass which are under their control.
“The militants are denying humanitarian assistance to the population and preventing them from receiving this assistance at gun point,” Serdyukova was cited by Russian Today website as saying.
She added that the extremists and the Ukrainian security forces expelled people from the basements and shelters in which they hid during the fighting in the Sievierodonetsk, Rubizhne and Kreminna regions controlled by the Ukrainian forces.
