Damascus, SANA- The temperature will drop, yet it will remain from 4 to 6 degrees Celsius higher than average as the country is being affected by a superficial high pressure accompanied by northwestern air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Thursday bulletin that the weather will be clear in general and the wind will be northeastern while the height of waves will be low.
The Department warned against the frost in the mountains and the fog in some inland areas.
The temperature will gradually rise on Friday and Saturday as the weather will be clear in general.
