Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will remain from 2 to 3 degrees above average as the country is affected by a superficial low air pressure coming from the southeastern direction and accompanied by a high air pressure in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
Meteorology Department expected in its Thursday bulletin that the weather will be relatively hot and the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general while the weather will be pleasant and relatively cold over the mountains with a high humidity over the western and southern regions.
The wind will be southwesterly over the coastal region, while it will be westerly to northwesterly with a low to moderate speed and active gusts sometimes in the other regions, and it will be accompanied by dusty conditions in the eastern and al-Badia regions, while the sea waves will be low in height.
The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 35/19, Daraa 34/18, Homs 32/21, Lattakia 31/24, Aleppo 34/20 and Deir Ezzor 38/25.
