Temperatures slightly drop, showers expected over southeastern regions

Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will slightly drop over the northern, eastern and Al-Jazeera regions, remaining from 2 to 4 degrees above average as the country is affected by a superficial low air pressure in all layers of the atmosphere.

In a statement, Meteorology Department, in its Monday bulletin, expected that the skies will be relatively hot, clear to partly cloudy with a little chance for showers over the southeastern regions.

The wind will be westerly to northwesterly with low to a moderate speed and sometimes active, while the sea waves will be low in height.

The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 33/17, Daraa 33/17, Homs 32/16, Hasaka 33/17, Tartous 27/16, Aleppo 30/15, Deir Ezzor 33/19.
