Damascus, SANA-Temperatures will remain from 3 to 5 degrees below average as the country is affected by a superficial low air pressure coming from the southeast and accompanied by southwestern air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
Meteorology Department expected in its Monday bulletin that the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general and showers are expected in different coastal areas while the weather will be relatively cold over the mountains and the humidity will be high in the early morning.
The wind will be westerly to southwesterly with a low to moderate speed with active gusts sometimes whose speed exceeds 60 km/h and it will be accompanied with dusty conditions while the sea waves will be low to medium in height.
The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 31/21, Sweida 27/18, Homs 30/21, Lattakia 30/23, Aleppo 33/22 and Deir Ezzor 39/.
