Transport Ministry to run flight next Thursday to evacuate Syrians stranded in Erbil

Damascus, SANA – The Transport Ministry  has decided to operate a flight intended to evacuate Syrian citizens from the city of Erbil in Iraq next Thursday, July 16th.

In a statement on Tuesday, the Ministry called upon all the passengers to be to be present at Erbil Airport before a sufficient period and to adhere to wearing masks and gloves and follow the instructions of the medical staff on board the plane and at the airport.

Earlier in a statement on Monday, the Ministry announced that a flight will carry 250 Syrians stranded in Erbil to Damascus international airport, calling upon those who are willing to return to go the Syrian flight office in Erbil.
