Temperatures to rise, weather misty and hot in eastern regions

Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will continue to rise to become around average in most areas while they will be from 3 to 5 degrees above average in the eastern and al-Jazeera regions as the country is affected by a weak low pressure in all layers of the atmosphere.

Meteorology Department expected in its Tuesday bulletin that the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general while the weather will be misty and hot in the eastern, al-Badia “semi-desert” and al-Jazeera regions.

The wind will be westerly to northwesterly with a low to moderate speed and it will be accompanied with dusty conditions sometimes in the inland areas while the sea waves will be low in height.

The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 33/17, Daraa 32/18, Homs 30/17, Lattakia 29/19, Aleppo 33/19 and Deir Ezzor 43/26.
