Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will slightly drop in the western parts of the country, yet they will stay from 2 to 4 degrees above average as the country is affected by a superficial low air pressure accompanied by southwestern air current in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The meteorology department expected in its bulletin on Monday morning, that the weather will be misty and the skies will be clear in general with a weak chance to rainfalls in the northwestern areas, while the weather will be misty and very hot in the Eastern region and al-Badia “semi-desert” region where the temperatures will be from 5 to 7 degrees above average.
The wind will be western to southern between low and moderate and it becomes active in afternoon especially in the central and southern areas, and the sea waves will be low in height.
The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 36/12, Daraa 36/22, Homs 37/19, Lattakia 27/18, Aleppo 40/18 and Deir Ezzor 43/24.
