Cuba reaffirms support for solving crisis in Syria peacefully without foreign interference

New York, SANA- Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez reaffirmed his country’s support for finding a peaceful solution to the crisis in Syria that full respects its sovereignty and territorial integrity without any foreign interference.

In a speech at the UN General Assembly on Saturday, Rodríguez said “We reject any direct or indirect foreign interference in Syria without the acceptance of the legitimate authorities in it.”

Rodríguez reiterated his country’s support for the comprehensive, just and lasting solution to the Palestinian-Israeli conflict that would allow the Palestinians to practice their right in deciding their fate and establishing the Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital.
