Forty gunmen in Damascus countryside turn themselves in to authorities

Damascus, SANA-40 gunmen from Madaya and al-Zabadani towns in Damascus countryside turned themselves in to the authorities on Thursday to settles their files.

A police source told SANA that the gunmen have turned themselves in through cooperation with the reconciliation committees in the two towns after they pledged not to do any act that harms security of the Homeland.

Meanwhile, 54 wanted persons from Damascus Countryside, Idleb, Hama, Homs, Daraa, al-Qunaitera and Lattakia turned themselves in to authorities to have their files settled.

221 wanted persons in Damascus and its countryside turned themselves in to the authorities to have their cases settled on Monday.
