Army retaliates to terrorists’ breaches and attacks on military posts in Hama countryside

Hama, SANA- Army units retaliated to breaches by terrorist groups who attacked military posts positioned in the area to protect the safe towns in Hama northern countryside.

To the north of Mharda city, SANA’s reporter in Hama said that an army unit positioned in the surroundings of Shalyout village responded to breaches by terrorists of the so-called “al-Ezza Brigades” through targeting them with machineguns, inflicting heavy losses upon them.

The reporter added that an army unit positioned in the surroundings of al-Masasneh village in Hama northern countryside fired a barrage of mortar shells on positions  of terrorists who opened fire randomly on army posts in the area, inflicting heavy losses upon them in the personnel and equipment.

In the far northwest of al-Ghab plain near the administrative borders with Idleb, an army unit targeted with machinegun fire a terrorist group affiliated to the “Turkistani Party” that had breached the demilitarized zone agreement, killing and injuring a number of terrorists.

Later in the evening, SANA’s reporter indicated that army units tracked the movements and attacks launched at night by terrorists from “Jabhat al-Nusra” and “al-Ezza Brigades” in the direction of Latmin, Abu Ra’aida al-Sharqyia, al-Zakat and Mourek in Hama northern countryside.

Army units conducted precise and concentrated bombardment against terrorists in these areas inflicting heavy losses upon them.
