Nasrallah: Tripartite aggression on Syria failed to raise terrorists’ morale, it actually frustrated them

Beirut, SANA – Hezbollah Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah stressed that the tripartite US-British-French aggression on Syria failed to raise the morale of the terrorist organizations and disappointed those who bet on it.

Delivering a speech on Sunday, Nasrallah clarified that the tripartite aggression on Syria anticipated the arrival of the Organization for the Prohibition of the Chemical Weapons experts’ team in Douma to investigate the alleged chemical attack because they knew that their claims were false and what happened is merely a staged scene that spread across social media networks.

He praised the significant military achievement made by the Syrian air defense systems which confronted the attack and shot down the majority of the missiles.

Nasrallah said that the terrorist organizations, Israeli enemy, some regional states and the so-called opposition placed their hopes on the tripartite aggression and rumors circulated by American, British and French media outlets which were meant to break the morale of the Syrian people and their allies, adding that the results were frustrating to all parties.

He added that the tripartite aggression will further complicate reaching a political solution to the crisis in Syria and Geneva process and destabilize international relations, indicating that some of the Gulf regimes provoked the US Administration and provided them with enormous amounts of money to carry out a massive military operation in Syria.
