Damascus, SANA- Temperatures continue to rise to become above average by 9 to 13 degrees as the country is affected by a superficial low air pressure accompanied by a weak high air pressure in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Friday bulletin that the skies will be clear in general, and the weather will be misty in most areas.
The winds will be changeable to southeasterly of light to moderate speed and the sea waves will be low in amplitude.
On Saturday, the temperatures will drop, yet remain above average by 2 to 3 degrees, rain showers are expected over the northern and western areas and al-Jazira.
The expected temperatures in some main Syrian cities are as follows: Damascus 31/12, Daraa 31/12, Homs 32/10, Hama 33/13, Lattakia 28/10, Aleppo 30/12 and Deir Ezzor 34/15.
