Khamis: Syrian state strong, able to rebuild what has been destroyed by terrorism

Damascus, SANA – Prime Minister Imad Khamis held a meeting with heads of ministerial committees assigned to follow up on the implementation of economic, developmental and social projects issued during the governmental delegation’s visits to different provinces with the aim of further improving citizens’ living conditions.

The implementation rate of projects varied between 20% and 90%.

Khamis stressed that the Syrian state is strong and has the ability to rebuild what has been destroyed by terrorism, reiterating the government’s keenness on rehabilitating recaptured areas, providing necessary services and setting up investment and development plans after conducting field visits to those areas, inspecting the situation there and making appropriate allocations.

The meeting reviewed facilitations provided to achieve progress such as granting loans to support investors who want to establish real estate development projects in arbitrary housing areas as well as the owners of terror-affected tourism facilities.
