Legal status of 40 wanted persons in Homs settled

Homs, SANA – The legal status of 40 wanted persons from several neighborhoods of Homs city and the areas of al-Rastan, Jandar and Deir B’albeh was settled on Saturday.

Earlier this month, 379 wanted persons from Damascus, Damascus countryside, Homs, Quneitra, Idleb, Lattakia, Hama, Sweida, Aleppo, Raqqa and al-Hasaka provinces turned themselves in to the authorities to have their legal status settled.

Those who had their files settled showed repentance and a willingness to turn over a new leaf, promising that they will mend their ways and become upright citizens who work for the wellbeing of their country.

Meanwhile, 26 wanted persons turned themselves in to authorities in Homs to have their legal status settled.
