Damascus, SANA- The temperatures will continue to drop gradually to become around average in most areas as the country is affected by a superficial Indian seasonal low pressure accompanied by southwestern air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Wednesday bulletin that the weather will be moderate and the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general as local rain showers might fall over the northwestern and the coastal areas in the evening and at night.
The wind will be westerly to northwesterly with a moderate speed to become active and accompanied with dusty conditions in the eastern, al-Jazeera and al-Badyia “desert” areas while the sea waves will be medium in amplitude.
Tomorrow, the temperatures will be around average in most areas and the weather will be moderate as the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general while the weather will be misty in the eastern, al-Jazeera and al-Badyia areas.
The expected temperatures in some of the major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 35/20, Daraa 34/20, Homs 32/20, Lattakia 30/24, Aleppo 36/22 and Deir Ezzor 41/24.
